Jill Lytwyn is a pharmacist, innovator, and lifelong advocate for caregivers. She founded Lotus Pharmacy to create a more enlightened, purpose-driven approach to long-term care—one that puts people, not just prescriptions, at the center of the experience.
With over 30 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare technology, and leadership, Jill brings a rare combination of clinical insight and strategic vision. She has led $100M+ pharmacy operations, launched nonprofit ventures, and built trusted relationships with EHR leaders like PointClickCare and MatrixCare. Whether managing 14,000 residents or supporting a care team through a regulatory review, Jill approaches every challenge with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for the work caregivers do.
